We’re making a move this summer! We’ve purchased an old building that was a former general store and post office, in Trout Cove on Digby Neck in Nova Scotia.
After extensive renovations, this will be the future home of a working studio for Andy and myself. There will also be a small gallery for our wares, as well as our living space. Between the two of us, we will be producing pottery, vinyl signage, 3-D printing, beeswax candles, handmade paper and photography.
Our new studio is situated in a small fishing village, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Fundy. I’m looking forward to having my pottery and photography inspired by the local landscape
The studio renovation will take several months, so in the meantime we will be living onsite in our converted shuttle bus @gordyshuttlebus.
I will continue throwing and producing pottery in a makeshift studio throughout the renovation and we’re hoping to take part in some of the local markets in Nova Scotia later in the summer.

We’re very excited about this next adventure and looking forward to having this new fantastic space from which to create new and wonderful things.
Stay tuned here for updates on the studio process!
Congratulations! I’m so excited for you both—and can’t wait to follow the adventures of the renovation! Xo see you both in July!
Thanks, we’re really excited and a little bit terrified! 🙂 Can’t wait to see you both too! xo
